
Mr. Reaves was appointed to the Blue Racer Midstream Board of Managers by First Reserve in December 2018. Mr. Reaves is a Managing Director at First Reserve.
Since joining First Reserve in 2006, Mr. Reaves’ responsibilities have included deal origination and structuring as well as due diligence, execution and monitoring of investments, with particular focus on midstream assets and the equipment, manufacturing, and services sectors.
Prior to joining First Reserve, he was with UBS Investment Bank in their Global Energy Group. He also spent time as an Analyst in Financial Advisory Services for Howard Frazier Barker Elliott, Inc.
Mr. Reaves holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Zamarin was appointed to the Blue Racer Midstream Board of Managers in November 2020.
Mr. Zamarin is currently Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategic Development at Williams, where he oversees enterprise-level strategy, business development and customer-relationship management.
Prior to joining Williams, Mr. Zamarin served as Senior Vice President and President of Pipeline and Midstream at Cheniere Energy, Inc. and held various executive roles at NiSource/Columbia Pipeline Group, including Chief Operating Officer at NiSource Midstream, LLC and NiSource Energy Ventures, LLC and President of Pennant Midstream, LLC.
Mr. Zamarin graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering from Purdue University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston.

Larry Larsen became Senior Vice President of Williams’ Gathering & Processing operations in March 2022. The operations include gathering, processing and treating, as well as natural gas liquids transportation, fractionation and storage services across the Western region of the U.S., Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Most recently, Larsen was vice president, Strategic Development, where he led Williams’ corporate strategy, market intelligence and corporate development efforts. He was also responsible for oversight of the company’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), as well as due diligence and integration processes related to acquisitions and divestitures.
In 2018, he became vice president-general manager for Williams’ Rocky Mountain Midstream franchise and was responsible for all commercial activities and the safe, reliable operations of the area’s growing assets. Prior to that role, he was vice president, Central Services, where he led the teams responsible for Williams’ supply chain, commodity services (volume management, systems planning, commodity optimization and commercial contracts), NGL and gas marketing, measurement and pipeline control functions.
Since joining Williams in 1999, Larsen has held a wide variety of roles, many of which were directly associated with Northwest Pipeline. He has an extensive background in business development, marketing, operations, engineering and mergers and acquisitions.
Larsen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah in 1998.

Danilo Juvane was appointed to the Blue Racer Midstream Board of Managers in January 2024.
He is currently serving as Vice President, Investment Analysis, Investor Relations & ESG, Williams.
Prior to his role as vice president of Investment Analysis, Investor Relations & ESG for Williams, Danilo Juvane served as a Midstream Equity Research Analyst for BMO Capital Markets in Houston, where he led the equity research platform covering U.S. midstream C-corps and MLPs, including Williams.
Juvane earned his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Grinnell College.

Mr. Buchler was appointed to the Blue Racer Midstream Board of Managers by First Reserve in December 2018.
Mr. Buchler joined the First Reserve Senior Advisor Program in 2018. In this role, Mr. Buchler leverages his broad experience in the midstream and midstream-related equipment and services industries to enhance First Reserve’s portfolio and expertise in these sectors.
Most recently, Mr. Buchler served as Chief Operating Officer of the Gas Pipeline Business Unit for Kinder Morgan (NYSE: KMI). Prior to holding that position, he spent approximately 40 years with Kinder Morgan in various roles overseeing the engineering, operations, environment/health/safety, and land management business functions of the company. Additionally, Mr. Buchler played a key role in multiple M&A transactions for Kinder Morgan.
Mr. Buchler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Kang was appointed to the Blue Racer Midstream Board of Managers in March 2025. He currently serves as Managing Director at Plutus Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of SK Inc., which invests in the United States’ energy industry with a focus on midstream assets and energy transition. His responsibilities range from deal origination to portfolio management.
Mr. Kang has worked for SK Group for over 20 years, spearheading the Group’s global investment and operational initiatives in LNG and renewable energy sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from SKK University in South Korea and a Master’s degree in Global Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
