Stephen L. Arata, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Arata became Chief Executive Officer of Blue Racer Midstream and Caiman Energy II effective April 1, 2015. Mr. Arata joined Caiman II's predecessor, Caiman Energy, as Chief Financial Officer in October 2010. In early 2012, Mr. Arata was a key part of the team that sold Caiman Eastern to Williams Partners (NYSE: WPZ) for $2.5 billion.

Mr. Arata co-founded Caiman Energy II in mid-2012 and was a lead negotiator in the formation of Blue Racer Midstream in late 2012. Mr. Arata is also a board member of both Blue Racer Midstream and Caiman Energy II.

Prior to joining Caiman Energy, Mr. Arata was Chief Financial Officer of Regency Energy Partners (NYSE: RGP) and its privately-held predecessor, Regency Gas Services. During his five years at Regency, Mr. Arata led the effort to take Regency public. As Chief Financial Officer of Regency, Mr. Arata completed eleven mergers, acquisitions and divestitures worth more than $3.6 billion as well as over $4 billion of financing transactions in both the private and public markets.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Arata worked for UBS Investment Bank for nine years in both Dallas, Texas, and in London, England, covering the power and pipeline sectors. At UBS, Mr. Arata advised on more than $40 billion of completed mergers and acquisitions as well as on numerous financings.

Prior to UBS, Mr. Arata spent four years as a consultant at Deloitte Consulting, performing strategic consulting assignments for energy clients.

Mr. Arata received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in General Business from Southern Methodist University. He also holds a Master of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Richard D. Moncrief, President, Chief Corporate Development Officer

A co-founder of Caiman Energy II, Mr. Moncrief serves Caiman Energy II and Blue Racer Midstream as the President and Chief Corporate Development Officer. Mr. Moncrief has a remarkable track record of success in value creation during his extensive career in the energy industry and has held numerous operational and commercial leadership positions.

Mr. Moncrief has formerly served Caiman Energy II and Blue Racer Midstream as Chief Operating Officer and Caiman Energy as Executive Vice President of Business Development.

In his role as Executive Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Moncrief led Caiman’s commercial efforts in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. These efforts led to the successful deployment of over $700 million in capital for the development of gas and condensate gathering systems, gas processing plants, as well as NGL pipelines and fractionation facilities, which were supported with over 550,000 acres and 200,000 MMBTU per day of long-term producer commitments. Mr. Moncrief also negotiated the initial anchor commitment to Nova Chemicals in support of the Mariner West purity ethane pipeline to Sarnia, Canada – an important third-party arrangement to move ethane stranded from the rapid development of the Marcellus Shale.

From 2007 until he joined Caiman Energy, Mr. Moncrief served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Regency Energy Partners (NYSE: RGP). As Chief Operating Officer he was responsible for more than 220 employees as well as the operations, engineering, EH&S, and commercial activities of the company. Mr. Moncrief joined Regency in 2006 as Senior Vice President of Gas Supply and Business Development following the sale of Sid Richardson Energy Services' west Texas assets to Southern Union.

From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Moncrief was Vice President of Engineering and Business Development for Sid Richardson, where he was responsible for the integration and optimization of the Sid Richardson assets. Mr. Moncrief led organic growth initiatives, the acquisition of several idle and underutilized pipelines and the reconfiguration and upgrading of those assets. His leadership led to the 2006 sale of those assets to Southern Union for $1.6 billion.

From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Moncrief served as Vice President of Gas Supply and Business Development for Koch Midstream Services' assets in south and west Texas. From 1986 to 1997 he held various positions at Texas Oil and Gas Corporation, working initially as an engineer for the company's exploration and production subsidiary, TXO Production Company, before moving to Delhi Gas Pipeline Corporation where he held management positions until the company was sold to Koch Midstream.

Mr. Moncrief began his career in 1981 as an engineer with Getty Oil after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University the same year. He is a Registered Professional Engineer. Mr. Moncrief and his wife have two children.

Kyle T. Irons, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Irons is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Caiman Energy II and Blue Racer Midstream.

Mr. Irons joined Caiman Energy in October 2010 as Director of Finance and was appointed Vice President of Finance of Caiman Energy II in July 2012.

Prior to joining Caiman Energy, Mr. Irons served as the Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy for Regency Energy Partners (NYSE: RGP) and Manager in the Advisory Services division for Ernst and Young.

Mr. Irons holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Southwestern University and a Masters of Science in Engineering from The University of Texas.

Daniel M. Wentworth, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Wentworth is an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Caiman Energy II and Blue Racer Midstream.

Mr. Wentworth started his midstream career in 2005 and has experience focused on business development, project engineering, construction, and operations.

Mr. Wentworth joined Caiman Energy in 2010 as Director of Engineering and later served as Vice President of Engineering and Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations. He and his engineering team were responsible for the design and construction of Blue Racer Midstream’s processing and fractionation facilities. Mr. Wentworth has more recently served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Interim Chief Commercial Officer.

Prior to joining Caiman Energy and Blue Racer Midstream, Mr. Wentworth worked for Regency Energy Partners (NYSE: RGP). At Regency, he held several roles including Engineering Director, NLA Operations; Director, Business Development; and Project Engineer. In the various positions, Mr. Wentworth handled and managed activities including processing plants, amine treating, acid gas injection, compressor stations, and pipeline assets in West Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, South Texas, and North Louisiana.

Mr. Wentworth received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University. Mr. Wentworth and his wife, Sarah, have two sons and a daughter.

R. Austin Anderson, Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Anderson was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Caiman Energy II and Blue Racer Midstream in February 2019.

Mr. Anderson previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Salt Fork Resources, LLC, a privately held exploration and production company focused in the Utica Shale. Salt Fork Resources was sold in August 2018.

Before founding Salt Fork Resources, Mr. Anderson worked for both Caiman Energy II and Caiman Energy, where he served in various commercial and finance roles, including Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Anderson was an associate at Macquarie Capital Advisors from 2009 to 2010.

Mr. Anderson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Baylor University and holds a joint Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University.

Steven L. Green, Senior Vice President, Engineering & Operations

Mr. Green is Senior Vice President, Engineering and Operations of Caiman Energy II and Blue Racer Midstream.

Mr. Green joined Caiman Energy II and Blue Racer Midstream in 2013 as Director of Engineering and has served as Senior Director of Process Engineering and Vice President of Engineering and Operations.

Mr. Green and his team are responsible for the engineering design, installation and day-to-day operations of the gathering system, gas and liquids processing facilities, and transportation of purity products to market.

Prior to joining Caiman Energy, Mr. Green held multiple roles at Plains Gas Solutions (NYSE:PAA). He was responsible for overseeing the engineering and installation of three cryogenic processing facilities with up to 175 mmscfd of capacity; the efficient and safe operations of five gas processing facilities with a combined capacity of up to 750 mmscfd; and a condensate stabilization facility, located in the Eagle Ford Shale, with up to 80,000 bbl/d of capacity.

Mr. Green entered the midstream industry with Regency Energy Partners (NYSE:RGP) in 2008 where he served as Operations Engineer and Business Development Manager. As Operations Engineer, he supported operations of a sour gas gathering system and processing facility which included 3,000 GPM of amine treating; a 900 LTon/day sulfur recover unit, and a 40 mmscfd nitrogen rejection gas processing plant. While Business Development Manager, Mr. Green was responsible for the scope and development of projects, including expansion of an intrastate gas pipeline network and gathering systems in the Haynesville Shale, Eagle Ford Shale, and Permian Basin.

Mr. Green received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University.

Tony L. Strehlow, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer

Mr. Strehlow is Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Caiman Energy II and Blue Racer Midstream.

Mr. Strehlow joined Caiman Energy in 2009 as Vice President of Accounting and Administration.

Mr. Strehlow started his career in the energy industry in 1981 and developed significant expertise and knowledge in all facets of accounting, finance, budget performance and analysis, risk management and administration for both the upstream and midstream energy segments.

He has served a number of privately and publicly held entities prior to Caiman Energy and Blue Racer Midstream, most recently Hallwood Energy and Crosstex Energy, and spent the first half of his career with Atlantic Richfield Company and affiliates. Mr. Strehlow has developed and implemented accounting systems, business processes and reporting infrastructure and managed substantial back- and mid-office functions responsible for settlements of more than $2 billion annually. In addition, he has formulated risk management and insurance programs for several high growth companies.

Mr. Strehlow received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas.

Christopher C. Juban, Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Mr. Juban is Senior Vice President, General Counsel for Caiman Energy II and Blue Racer Midstream.

Mr. Juban joined Caiman Energy II in May 2014 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He was appointed as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Blue Racer in August 2014.

Prior to joining Caiman Energy, Mr. Juban served as Managing Director in the Midstream division at Evercore Partners, an independent investment banking firm, where he provided strategic advisory and other investment banking services to midstream companies and MLPs. In his role as Executive Director in the Midstream and MLP division at UBS Investment Bank, a full-service investment banking firm, Mr. Juban provided investment banking services to midstream companies and MLPs. Mr. Juban also previously served as an Associate Attorney in the Corporate Finance and Securities Practice division at Vinson and Elkins LLP.

Mr. Juban holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Government from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
