Stephen L. Arata, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Arata is Chief Executive Officer of Blue Racer Midstream and Blue Racer Midstream Holdings, a position he has held since April 2015. Mr. Arata joined Blue Racer Midstream Holdings’ predecessor, Caiman Energy, as Chief Financial Officer in October 2010, a title he also held at Blue Racer Midstream and Blue Racer Midstream Holdings until becoming CEO.

Prior to joining Caiman Energy, Mr. Arata was Chief Financial Officer of Regency Energy Partners (NYSE: RGP) and its privately-held predecessor, Regency Gas Services. During his five years at Regency, Mr. Arata led the effort to take Regency public.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Arata worked for UBS Investment Bank for nine years in both Dallas, Texas, and in London, England, covering the power and pipeline sectors. At UBS, Mr. Arata advised on more than $40 billion of completed mergers and acquisitions as well as on numerous financings.

Prior to UBS, Mr. Arata spent four years as a consultant at Deloitte Consulting, performing strategic consulting assignments for energy clients.

Mr. Arata received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in General Business from Southern Methodist University. He also holds a Master of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

R. Austin Anderson, Co-President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Anderson is Co-President & Chief Operating Officer of Blue Racer Midstream and Blue Racer Midstream Holdings. Prior to April 2022, Mr. Anderson was Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, a position he had held since February 2019.

Mr. Anderson previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Salt Fork Resources, LLC, a privately held exploration and production company focused in the Utica Shale. Salt Fork Resources was sold in August 2018.

Before founding Salt Fork Resources, Mr. Anderson worked for both Caiman Energy II (now Blue Racer Midstream Holdings) and Caiman Energy, where he served in various commercial and finance roles, including Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Anderson was an associate at Macquarie Capital Advisors from 2009 to 2010.

Mr. Anderson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Baylor University and holds a joint Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University.

Kyle T. Irons, Co-President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Irons is Co-President & Chief Financial Officer of Blue Racer Midstream and Blue Racer Midstream Holdings. Prior to April 2022, Mr. Irons was Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, a position he had held since April 2015.

Mr. Irons joined Blue Racer Midstream Holdings’ predecessor, Caiman Energy, in October 2010 as Director of Finance and was appointed Vice President of Finance of Blue Racer Midstream Holdings in July 2012.

Prior to joining Caiman Energy, Mr. Irons served as the Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy for Regency Energy Partners (NYSE: RGP) and Manager in the Advisory Services division for Ernst and Young.

Mr. Irons holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Southwestern University and a Masters of Science in Engineering from The University of Texas.

Cory A. Gerken, Senior Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Gerken is Senior Vice President of Business Development of Blue Racer Midstream and Blue Racer Midstream Holdings. Prior to April 2022, Mr. Gerken was Vice President of Business Development, a position he had held since April 2019.

Mr. Gerken joined Blue Racer Midstream Holdings’ predecessor, Caiman Energy, in June 2011 as Senior Facilities Engineer, later serving as Director of Engineering and Director of Business Development prior to his appointment as Vice President of Business Development.

Prior to joining Caiman Energy, Mr. Gerken served in various engineering roles at Crosstex Energy.

Mr. Gerken received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Christopher C. Juban, Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Mr. Juban is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Blue Racer Midstream and Blue Racer Midstream Holdings.

Mr. Juban joined Blue Racer Midstream Holdings in May 2014 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He was appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Blue Racer Midstream in August 2014.

Prior to joining Blue Racer, Mr. Juban served as Managing Director in the Midstream division at Evercore Partners, an independent investment banking firm, where he provided strategic advisory and other investment banking services to midstream companies and MLPs. In his role as Executive Director in the Midstream and MLP division at UBS Investment Bank, a full-service investment banking firm, Mr. Juban provided investment banking services to midstream companies and MLPs. Mr. Juban also previously served as an Associate Attorney in the Corporate Finance and Securities Practice division at Vinson and Elkins LLP.

Mr. Juban holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Government from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

Tony L. Strehlow, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer

Mr. Strehlow is Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Blue Racer Midstream and Blue Racer Midstream Holdings, a position he has held since July 2012.

Mr. Strehlow joined Blue Racer Midstream Holding’s predecessor, Caiman Energy, in 2009 as Vice President of Accounting and Administration.

Mr. Strehlow started his career in the energy industry in 1981 and developed significant expertise and knowledge in all facets of accounting, finance, budget performance and analysis, risk management and administration for both the upstream and midstream energy segments.

He has served a number of privately and publicly held entities prior to Caiman Energy and Blue Racer Midstream, most recently Hallwood Energy and Crosstex Energy, and spent the first half of his career with Atlantic Richfield Company and affiliates. Mr. Strehlow has developed and implemented accounting systems, business processes and reporting infrastructure and managed substantial back- and mid-office functions responsible for settlements of more than $2 billion annually. In addition, he has formulated risk management and insurance programs for several high growth companies.

Mr. Strehlow received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas.

MICHAEL GALLAGHER, VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE

Mr. Gallagher is Vice President of Finance for Blue Racer Midstream and Blue Racer Midstream Holdings, a position he has held since January 2021.

Mr. Gallagher joined Blue Racer Midstream Holdings’ predecessor, Caiman Energy, in January of 2014 as an analyst and held various roles in the finance group until his promotion to Vice President.

Prior to joining Caiman Energy, Mr. Gallagher worked for TPG Capital and Stream Gas & Electric in various finance roles.

Mr. Gallagher received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from University of Dallas and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

MICHAEL GRAMLICH , VICE PRESIDENT, ENGINEERING

Mr. Gramlich is Vice President of Engineering for Blue Racer Midstream, a position he has held since April 2022.

Mr. Gramlich joined Blue Racer Midstream in May 2014 as a Process Engineer and has held various roles in Engineering and Operations Management prior to his appointment to Vice President of Engineering.

Prior to joining Blue Racer Midstream, Mr. Gramlich worked as an Engineer in the chemical industry.

Mr. Gramlich holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University.

SARAH HEMENDINGER BASU , VICE PRESIDENT, COMMERCIAL SERVICES

Mrs. Hemendinger Basu is a Vice President, Commercial Services of Blue Racer Midstream and Blue Racer Midstream Holdings, a position she has held since November 2019.

Mrs. Hemendinger Basu joined Blue Racer Midstream Holdings’ predecessor, Caiman Energy, in January of 2011.

Prior to joining Caiman Energy, Mrs. Hemendinger Basu was at Regency Energy Partners (NYSE: RGP) for five years where she held various regulatory and commercial roles.

Mrs. Hemendinger Basu received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College and holds a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of North Texas.

STEVE LYNCH, VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

Mr. Lynch is Vice President of Operations for Blue Racer Midstream, a position he has held since April 2019. Mr. Lynch joined Blue Racer Midstream in 2013 as Operations Manager for the Natrium facility.

Mr. Lynch joined Blue Racer Midstream in January 2013 as Operations Manager, later serving as Director of Plant Operations prior to his appointment as Vice President of Operations.

Prior to joining Blue Racer, Mr. Lynch held various roles at Dominion Energy, where his focus was safety and operations.

Prior to his work in the energy industry, Mr. Lynch served in the US Army Military Intelligence branch for 5 years.

Rebecca H. Smotherman, Vice President, Human Resources

Mrs. Smotherman is Vice President of Human Resources for Blue Racer Midstream and Blue Racer Midstream Holdings, a position she has held since January 2019.

Mrs. Smotherman joined Blue Racer Midstream Holdings’ predecessor, Caiman Energy, in March of 2015 as Recruiting Manager and became Director of Human Resources in September of 2015.

Prior to joining Caiman Energy, Mrs. Smotherman was the Employment Manager at Merit Energy Company and has held various roles in Human Resources.

Mrs. Smotherman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Angelo State University and holds her PHR certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.

SEAN WILSON , VICE PRESIDENT, ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH AND SAFETY

Mr. Wilson is Vice President of Environmental Health and Safety for Blue Racer Midstream and Blue Racer Midstream Holdings, a position he has held since July 2018.

Mr. Wilson joined Blue Racer Midstream Holdings’ predecessor, Caiman Energy, in June 2013 as the Director of Environmental, Health and Safety.

Mr. Wilson serves as Blue Racer’s representative to collaborative organizations focused on sustainability and ESG measures such as The Environmental Partnership and ONE Future, including serving as a board member for the latter.

Prior to joining Blue Racer, Mr. Wilson held various positions in in EHS management and compliance at Southcross Energy and Crosstex Energy.

Mr. Wilson received a Bachelor of Arts in Preprofessional Studies and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and studied in the Master of Science in Environmental and Chemical Sciences program at McNeese State University.
